about a full point richer. If your going to run the Water Injection and did not tune for it, what was the reason you dyno tuned. The whole reason to tune is to adjust for all the parts on the car and you need to tune it for the way you want to drive it. Getting the correct air fuel with the WI off on the dyno, and then driving the car with the WI on will cause the map you just made to be too rich. If you just want safety, your better off running a J&S knock controller. The knock controller shows even small amounts of knock and can pull timing in individual cylinders. It only pulls timing when it needs to.
